Why can’t I sign into ANGEL?
Possible causes
- Computer keyboard CAPS lock turned on
- Typing error in Username or Password
- Browser mismatch, try Internet Explorer or Firefox
- The quarter hasn’t started so it is too early to sign in

Why can't I view names to send emails in ANGEL and/or why don't I have a box to type email in?
Possible Cause
You likely have a browser mismatch/version that is too old or new. Safari, Chrome, and AOL are not supported browsers
Solutions
- Use Internet Explorer or Firefox.
- Get FireFox http://www.mozilla.org/ or use Compatibility Mode for Internet Explorer.

How do I get technical help?
Why did I receive denial of access, timeouts, or API errors?
Possible causes
- Your internet browser version might be too old or too new.
- You internet server provider firewall might be blocking access or the server timeout is set too low.
- Your AntiVirus Software is causing API errors.
Solutions
- Go to the Peninsula College Angel system check and check your browser http://angel.pencol.edu/default.asp
- Check with Internet Service Provider for firewall disable and timeout setting
Will my computer handle online courses?
Minimum Technical Requirements:
- Operating Systems: Windows XP, Macintosh OSX
- Browsers: Internet Explorer 7 (if newer, you might need to turn on Compatibility View under Tools)
- Firefox: download for free here http://www.mozilla.org/
- Browsers NOT supported at this time include: Safari, Chrome, AOL (some features may not function)
