BIOGRAPHY
Dave Ellefson is a certified flagging instructor with Evergreen Safety Council. Dave has over 12 years of teaching flagging with over 30 years of flagging experience.
Teaching Philosophy
Provide training in traffic channeling and control in or near road construction or other conditions or situations that pose a threat. Upon successful completion of training, students receive a three-year certification.

Attend full 6 hour training and pass state exam.
