TUITION REFUND SCHEDULE FOR STATE-SUPPORTED COURSES FOR WINTER 2010, FOR CLASSES BEGINNING THE WEEK OF JANUARY 4th AND ENDING THE WEEK OF MARCH 19, 2010:
- Refund policy will differ for condensed and/or early or late starting courses.
- For self-support courses, a 100% refund is given when a student withdraws officially prior to the first class session. No refunds will be given after the first class begins.
- See quarterly class schedule for refunding of fees.
Students must officially drop the class at the Student Services Office, on the Web, or by calling (360) 417-6340. Informing the instructor alone does not constitute a drop. This schedule is in accordance with RCW 288.15.600.
CANCELED COURSES: 100% REFUND FOR COURSES CANCELED BY THE COLLEGE.
REFUND CHECKS WILL BE PROCESSED ON A DAILY BASIS STARTING January 8th THROUGH THE END OF THE QUARTER.
FAILURE TO PAY TUITION BY DECEMBER 15th WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM CLASSES.
REGISTRATION AFTER THE TUITION DEADLINE WILL REQUIRE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT.
