Tuition refund schedule for state-supported courses for spring 2010. For classes beginning the week of March 29th and ending the week of April 2nd, 2010:
- 100% refund through April 2
- 50% refund through April 16
- Refund policy will differ for condensed and/or early or late starting courses.
- For self-support courses, a 100% refund is given when a student withdraws officially prior to the first class session. No refunds will be given after the first class begins.
- See quarterly class schedule for refunding of fees.
Students must pay tuition and fees in full, enroll in the payment plan, or officially drop their classes by the 5th day of the quarter or all services will be suspended. Classes can be dropped at the Student Services Office, on the Web, or by calling (360) 417-6340. Informing the instructor alone does not constitute a drop. This schedule is in accordance with RCW 288.15.600.
CANCELED COURSES: 100% refund for courses canceled by the college. Refund checks will be processed on a daily basis starting April 2 through the end of the quarter.
