Residency Questionnaire


Students who are currently classified by Peninsula College as non-resident, and who are, as a result, being charged out of state tuition, may use the form linked below to change their fee pay status. To qualify for resident status:

  • you must be able to prove that you have lived for at least 12 months in the state of Washington — ALL supporting documentation requested is required
  • no one who lives outside the state of Washington may be able to claim you as a dependent

To use the form on this page, click the link, then fill out the form, print it, and bring it and copies of ALL supporting documentation requested to Student Services (Building D) front desk at Peninsula College, or mail it to Peninsula College Student Services at the address at the bottom of this page. Effective July 1, 2003, individuals who are not permanent residents or U.S. citizens MAY qualify for resident tuition, if they have or will have graduated from a Washington state high school or, while living in Washington, have received the equivalent of a high-school diploma. Additional criteria are required. Please contact the admissions office for more information.
