In July 2007, Greater London had an official population of 7,556,900, making it the most populous municipality in the European Union. Its population is heavily concentrated at about 4,539 people per sq km or 11,568 per square mile.
Currency
The pound sterling, or GBP (Great British Pound), often simply called the pound. A few of the larger shops will accept the Euro.
