 Joy's Bistro is located in the Pirate Union Building at Peninsula College 

The bistro is the spot of choice for students who want healthy eating options. Joy's serves homemade breakfast items, soups and pizza. "Build-Your-Own" Salads and Sandwiches on freshly baked bread are popular choices. The deli is open daily for breakast and lunch.

Joy's Coffee bar is a full service espresso bar, featuring drip coffee, lattes, mochas, cappucinos, italian sodas, and smoothies   The coffee bar uses the finest organic fair trade coffee and espresso beans from Princess Valiant Coffee.

Joy's Bistro strives to provide a "Green eco-friendly" service by using recycled products, and instituting an arduous recycling program for plastics, cardboard, aluminum, and the use of worm bins for food waste.

Coffee window is open 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
